The plane steering electro-hydraulic loading system is a loading device which is used to simulate the load force of rudder. It can shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost of aircraft during flight. Due to the plane steering electro-hydraulic loading system is a typical passive loading system, active movement of the steering will produce surplus force. The surplus force has seriously affected the loading precision?stability and response speed of the loading system. Therefore, surplus force suppression method of plane steering electro-hydraulic loading system to study,can improve the dynamic and static performance and the success rate of the plane steering.Based on the current research situation of the domestic and foreign aircraft actuator electro hydraulic loading system, the following work has been carried out in this paper: firstly,The whole mechanical structure of the electro-hydraulic loading system is designed, which consists of double valve parallel control and rubber- metal buffer spring. The working principle, technical index and redundant force factors the plane steering electro-hydraulic loading system were studied in this paper. Identified the main factors affecting the surplus force is the flow rate- pressure characteristics of servo valve and the stiffness characteristics of rubber-metal buffer spring, and the relationship between these factors and the surplus force trough the qualitative analysis. Secondly, the structure design, model selection and mathematical model of oil source, hydraulic cylinder, sensor, servo valve and rubber- metal buffer spring were carried out according to the design requirements of plane steering electro-hydraulic loading system. The experimental result shows that the loading system is not only can reduce the surplus force, but also can continuity loading in the condition of varying stiffness. Finally, according to the mathematical model of the plane steering electro-hydraulic loading system, the control problem of two servo valve was solved through using the single neuron PID. The experimental result shows that this loading system is effective and feasible.
