With the development of computer technology, domestic and foreign scholars have been conducted in-depth study of the engine by using simulation technology, the application of simulation technology can not only realize the analysis of active duty engines, but also can provide valuable reference data for the design of the new kind of engine.But the development of simulation technology often requires a lot of engine operating data, and QAR as a wide range of data recording device, recording a lot of important parameters of the engine during the operation of the aircraft.This paper use these QAR data and advanced simulation technology to simulate the actual running state of the turbofan engine, which has important value of engineering practice to the performance analysis and condition monitoring of turbofan engine.This paper chooses PW4077 D two-spool turbo-fan engine, first it introduced the basic structure components and internal energy conversion process of the engine, and then it carried out modular decomposition on the engine, respectively establishing design point and off-design point thermodynamic mathematical model of the engine according to the component level modeling method with the actual QAR data. Numerical solution is given to mathematical model of engine by MATLAB to obtain the theoretical aerodynamic parameters of each cross section, Combining with the actual QAR aerodynamic parameters to calculate the efficiency of each unit body of engine and verify the feasibility of the method by living example, and also using the model solution results to calculate the performance parameters of engine. Finally, it achieved the graphical display of the parameters by using visualization software, and established the entire simulation system of the engine by using the VB. The establishment of simulation system of PW4077 D engine can make us directly and visually understand the actual working conditions of the engine, and also help to the performance analysis and fault diagnosis of engine.
