The research of Engine to maintain the reliability is of great significance for airline security operations. Compared to the piston engine,the bypass ratio turbofan engine has higher thrust-weight ratio, better fuel economy in high-speed flight condition, the circulation of the air is bigger, so,the core machine parts such as fan and the compressor are also susceptible to the effects of dust in the air, which is easy to form the blade fouling problems.Currently,Airlines widely use water washing to solve the problem of engine gas path performance decline caused by fouling, which has proved its easy operation and obvious effect, but the water washing effect evaluation, washing effect factors analysis and forecasting of water washing effect and decision remains to be further in-depth study.In order to solve the above problems, this paper aimed at problems existing in the aircraft engine washed research, optimized the water washing process, the engine washed effect were evaluated; Using the theory of support vector machine(SVM) to predict the effect of water washing, which will help the plan of water washing work; Based on the VB.net programming language and the SQL server database technology to develop the engine water washing information management and effect prediction system.The main research content:At first, by Using six sigma management tools, this paper researches the airline's problem in water washing process, and optimize engine water washing process by strengthening the training of maintenance personnel and standardize equipment using methods etc.Then, the paper remove bulky error, smooth and normalize engine monitoring data,which improved the precision of analysis. In the process of data mining, using the regression analysis method, analysis the effect on the time-on-wing and the influence of fuel economy, evaluate the engine water washing effect;Secondly, the paper analysis the relationship between the state of engine and water washing effect based on the theory of support vector machine(SVM), and study the relationship between the typical parameters and water washing effect, set up the mappingmodel between washing effect and predicted the water washing effect,and made the decision, which will help to make a water washing work plan;Finally, the paper developed the engine water washing information management and effect prediction system based on the VB.net programming language and SQL server database technology, which can achieve functional water washing data management,performance trend analysis, water washing effect prediction, etc.
