In recent years, along with large-scale metroconstruction projects, safety accidents occur frequently, risk identification before construction become very important. Currently, the risk identification of metroprojects have some difficulties which include: a small number of experts, fewer professional personnel, subjectivity, a lot of tacit knowledge has not been integrated utilization and so on. In order to overcome these difficulties and improve the accuracy of results of risk identification, this paper establish a metroproject risk identification knowledge base system which based on data-driven to provide an accurate and efficient way for Metro risk identification. In this paper, the risk factors of Metro station are divided into 6 categories and 33 factors according to the four main features, and this paper identified five major risk events which based on the literature and established a relationship between risk events and risk factors. Then, introduces the concept of risk identification of knowledge base, knowledge representation and knowledge obtain, combined with the characteristics of citing a large number of data proposing the SVM as a mechanism for obtaining tacit knowledge between risk events and risk factors. On the basis of risk identification knowledge base, a Metro Station Risk Identification knowledge Base System is established and given the design of system structure and risk identification process. Finally, C Station is put as an example to describe the risk identification process and then obtain the results of risk identification. The concept of knowledge base and data-driven is introduced into the risk identification of metrostation, summarizing 33 parameters that affect the safety of the excavation and 5 common risk events, establishing a Metro Station Risk Identification Knowledge Base Systems. This article is innovative in the risk identification of Metrostation.
