With the development of society, advanced theory has been widely used in the field of Civil Engineering. Under the earthquake action, level seam in shear wall and floor mainly bears the shear. The connection node performance determines the seismic performance of the structure.One of the reasons for the structural damage is the defect of node connection. The wall and the floor connecting position of new type precast floor slab are cast-in-place,and the middle floor slab are prefabricated. It effectively improved the security of the connection node. In order to analyze the performance of new type precast floor slab, one floor slab unit of a 11 layers of prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall house is simulated. Through the model simplification, four kinds of slab is established, including cast-in-place floor slab, precast floor slab, laminated floor slab and new type precast floor slab. There are 12 groups of floor slab models: 8 groups with joint width is 200mm; 4groups with joint width is 100 mm. It bases on the theory of the Timoshenko and structural dynamics, and uses finite element software ADINA for calculating tool.Through analyzing the displacement and strain contours, it concluded the performance of the new type of precast floor slab joints.Through the analysis: the new type precast floor slab in the in-plane stiffness decreases with the decreasing of slab joints stiffness, when it can ensure the quality of precast floor slab joints. Performance of new type precast floor slab with small aspect ratio closes to the cast-in-place floor slab. Performance of the new type precast floor slab with large aspect ratio is better than precast floor slab and laminated floor slab.Performance of new type precast floor slab joint width with 100 mm is better than the joint width with 200 mm.
