Rolling bearing is an important basic component of the railway freight car, and once faults occur in it, the quality and safety of the vehicle will directly be affected, Practical experience tells us: bearing failure often leads to serious safety accidents, causing great losses to railway transportation. Therefore, the fault detection and diagnosis of rolling bearing of the truck is the most important in the vehicle maintenance. This paper mainly introduces a series of rolling bearing fault vibration diagnosis system based on the bearing running machine. The system can quickly and accurately determine whether there is a fault, and the type and severity of the fault. It can also realize the automatic alarm of fault bearing.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Chapter I introduces the background of the research, the present situation of domestic and foreign technology and product development, and the purpose and significance of the research.Chapter II mainly introduces the structure of the rolling bearing, the cause and development of the bearing fault, the fault diagnosis method, the vibration characteristics of the bearing, the function, the structure and the working principle of the bearing running machine.Chapter III detailedly introduces the composition and function of the rolling bearing simulation experiment system, including the construction of the driven experimental platform of simulation running machine, the collection and processing of the vibration signal. Through the analysis of the data, the main factors that affect the vibration of the bearing are summarized.Chapter IV Is the core part of this thesis, mainly introduces how to determine whether there is a bearing failure through the kurtosis factor value in the statistical factor, and combining with the demodulated resonance method to distinguish the type of bearing fault.Chapter V briefly introduces the system structure, system software and signal acquisition and processing of the rolling bearing fault vibration diagnosis system.After the construction of the system, the test results of onsite practical application show that the system is stab and reliable, the design of hardware and software is reasonable, the forecast accuracy is high. Achieve the system design expectations.
