Electromechanical actuator system is an important component of the missile guidance and control systems. This paper aims the design of prototype digital electromechanical actuator system, the use of modern control technologies not widely used in the field improved electromechanical actuator system of static and dynamic performance and verified by experiment.Firstly, according to the electromechanical actuator system associated application background and technological development, analyzed the electromechanical actuator works and the various aspects of composition, based on a mathematical model of the electromechanical actuator system and its components, the use of digital signal processing device(DSP) and brush DC motor as the core of the servo system. According to the indicator of electromechanical actuator systems were designed PID controllers and fuzzy PID controller, and the mathematical model of the control system were built simulation system model to analyze the system under these controls static and dynamic characteristics. by the analysis of these characteristics found using servo system under fuzzy adaptive PID controller had a fast, high precision, strong anti-load capacity and other characteristics.Meanwhile, the paper in a digital electromechanical actuator system prototype used two controllers and prepared by the system control algorithm. the system performance test at no-load and load environmental conditions to verify the correctness of the simulation results, and the superiority of fuzzy adaptive PID controller.
