Due to manufacturing error control was not in place, 10 N injector spray characteristic performance was unstable, and the consistency was poor. Therefore, research was carried out on the influence of the manufacturing error on the spray performance, in order to improve the product performance and qualify. 10 N injector is the key components to ensure that the satellite can maintain and adjust its orbit and attitude. The research is important to improve the satellite attitude control precision and service life, reduce manufacturing cost, and it is important to shorten the product development cycle. The main research contents of this paper include the mainly manufacturing error factors influenced the product, establish the flow model, and the degree of influence of manufacturing errors on spray performance. The main research work of this paper is as follows:Through the analysis of the working principle, structure and manufacture process on the properties, the main research objects were determined to the spiral groove, radial and axial clearance, nozzle size factors of manufacturing error as.Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, the RNG k-? turbulence model and VOF multiphase flow model were studied, and the internal and external nozzle flow field model of 10 N injector was established.Through the numerical simulation calculation of inside and outside nozzle spray process, the detailed data of internal flow and external initial spray was mastered, the degree of influence of manufacturing errors on the flow rate and spray angle were obtained.Based on the special spray test equipment, the spray test was carried out. Flow rate, angle and flow rate characteristic curve data were obtained, and the key structure dimensions and manufacturing error of 10 N injector were determined.Through this research, 10 N injector qualified rate of products have been significantly improved and the production cycle have been shortened.
