Study On Resource Improvement For Non-standard Transformer Manufacotry Project

The new requirement was raised for project management of enterprises by the market competition and individual customer. The projects of engineering to order which are in big contract amount and non-standard project with big quantity are increased in order-orientation transformer enterprises. New conflict in resources is brought to such kind of project with fixed delivery time. This paper mainly studies how to manage, to allocate limited resource.The difference was analyzed and listed between project and multi-project firstly. After comparing among sub-project, project and multi-project, we found the resource of sub-project belongs to multi-project and other aspects to the project. So the question of sub-project resource rises. With the actual project from enterprise A, the resource arrangement was according to the sub-projects processing order under priority sorting. The mathematical programming with fixed delivery time and balanced resource was established through assumptions and set parameters. At last, how to testify the resource balance under mathematical programming was studied. The mathematical way of heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm was analyzed and get the conclusion of the genetic algorithm to the issue of resource balance for sub projects. It shows the genetic algorithm suit to such kind of projects.The research to the resource solution comes from the actual project in enterprise. The main task of the article is to seek the final solution for project resource issue. The suitable way and mathematical programming are for the reference of enterprise management.
