Sliding plug door system for High-speed EMU, which serves as an independent system on the train, is an absolutely necessary key part. And its performance also has a very important impact on the safety of the train, so we have to give it enough attention. Now with the development of technology, more and more high-speed trains,Its current statics test can’t meet the measuring requirement under the complicated working condition. Whereas the analysis method of wind tunnel test[1] has the practical problem of difficult model making,expensive cost and long period, it is necessary to do the overall numerical simulation analysis of sliding plug door. This paper uses the sliding plug door for CRH3 High-speed EMU as the object of study, performs the theoretical and test research of sliding plug door’s structure and explores the method of structure analysis of sliding plug door. The following is the main finished works:1. At first,we established its finite element model which is based on high-speed train sliding plug door 3D model, then we do the statics analysis and calculation of sliding plug door structure strength by the software ANSYS,we compare the obtained results with the experimental test data, it is found that the model of stress is close to experiment, so we can know that the model is right.2. we do the aerodynamics performance analysis of the sliding plug door system by the method of Fluid Structure Interaction, we establish the aerodynamics model for the door system during the analysis of Fluid Structure Interaction, refer to the relative domestic standards,we analyze the door system structure’s response when it is in the normal condition that train goes through the tunnel and two trains meet in the tunnel.The study in this paper provides the reference for the design thinking way, analysis method and the establishment of relevant test outline and test specification of the sliding plug door’s structure for High-speed train.
