Abstract/Summary:
With the increasingly development of the large span cable-stayed bridge,the long-span steel box cable-stayed bridge is getting the favour of the bridge workers popularly. In the steel box girder of cable-stayed bridge design and construction, the influence of temperature has become the inevitable factor. The influence of the temperature can makes cable-stayed bridge design and construction produce certain gap. Especially for the steel box girder without bridge deck pavement in the construction of steel box girder, steel plate thermal conductive performance is strong, and temperature effect is obvious. Different countries on the temperature effect of specification is different, and Chinese specification for the regulation of temperature gradient curve is not suitable for steel box girder. With the development of long-span steel box girder bridges, the steel box girder temperature gradient research appears more urgent.In the paper, the project background is Qingzhou channel bridge engineering of the HZMB bridge engineering, the bridge is(110+236+458+236+110)m five-span steel box of girder cable-stayed bridge across the towers. Paper summarizes the determination of steel box girder of sunshine parameters method and thermal parameter selection method, and gets the intensity of solar radiation and the integrated heat transfer coefficient at the bridge site, and the paper has been further integrated temperature distribution on the surface of the steel box girder; Then the third kind boundary condition is used to establish the temperature field of ABAQUS finite element calculation model, and it analyzes steel box girder temperature field, and by selecting steel radiation absorption coefficient, radiation rate, wind speed sensitivity parameters, this paper makes parameter range and analyzes the impact of the steel box girder temperature field in different parameter range; At the scene of the bridge site, it is analyzed for choosing the steel box girder temperature field measured data of typical representative season weather conditions without pavement layer, and giving the temperature field distribution of roof and floor of the steel box girder in the different weather, different season, contracting and analying the temperature field of steel box girder along the transverse bridge, and comparing with theoretical calculation of steel box girder temperature field value, and verifying the accuracy of the theoretical calculation values; According to the measured data,the paper curves fitting of typical summer extreme weather 24 hours of steel box girder roof and floor temperature field and temperature gradient on the web, and compared with Chinese, English specification, the paper studies and analyzes the influence to bearing predeviator, final closure width, the angle between the final closure, cutting quanity and into bridge camber, etc, and to provide the roof and floor temperature difference range of welding shut in summer.This paper research results has applied to Qingzhou channel bridge construction of the HZMB bridge engineering, and analyzes the temperature influence and provides the technical support for the steel box girder cantilever construction.
