Steel-concrete composite structure is a new structure with the advantages of a traditional steel structure and reinforced concrete structure, which is very important in the infrastructure construction of our country. With the increase of service life, the problem of corroded studs may occurs in composite beams which will lead to the deterioration of deformed performance in the whole structure. For example, the fall of bearing anti-bending capacity, stiffness changes and so on,the emergence of these problems will obviously lead to many unreliable elements in the actual project. The study of text methods not only need to spend a lot of money and time but also difficult to control the degree of corroded stud which leads to the limitation of its research to a certain degree. The development of the computer and the optimization of the finite element software make it possible to use the computer to complete the complementary researches on the related problems. It can control the studs' corrosive degree accurately to make the study more reliable which has important guidance and practical significance. This paper studies the corroded studs steel-concrete composite beams is carried out in the experimental study based on Dr. Shi Weihua. In this paper, using finite element method to analysis the studs corrosion rate on anti-bending behavior of composite beams. The main work of this paper can be shown as below:Chapter one. The brief description of the paper's background, the introduction and summary of relevant researches and research results at home and abroad, putting forward the research contents of this paper.Chapter two.On the basis of the experiment, the finite element software ANSYS10.0 is used to establish the model of steel-concrete composite beams, and the effective finite element model is proposed by comparing with the experimental results.Chapter three. Based on the finite element model, enriching the simulation results by modifying the parameters which is related to the establishment of the stud corrosion rate of different steel-concrete composite beam models. Put forward the stud corrosion of steel-concrete composite beam flexural bearing capacity calculation formula, and compares the results of calculations and tests which are in good agreement.Chapter four. The simulation results of finite element model are used in the above chapters, proposing the stiffness' calculating formula of the steel-concrete composite beam and its corrosion.Comparing the calculated results with the experimental results which has the higher accuracy.Chapter five.Summing up the research results of this paper and pointing out deficiencies in the study, proposing research prospects.
