Research On The Construction Mechanism And Planning Method Of Sponge City In Mountainous Cities

Sponge city building to strengthen urban rainwater comprehensive management ability, the urban development and hydrological characteristics remain unchanged, and become an important way to solve the urban rain flood, urban water resources, urban hydrology response mechanism focus of social problems from the source. Sponge city building objectives and need to the planning, landscape, architecture, landscape, municipal, roads and other related professional and cooperate with each other, but to enhance the design, management, collaboration and effective innovation to from the real meaning construction of sponge city. Sponge city construction will be a new type of urbanization, promoting the construction of ecological civilization in the emerging power, while helping to drive the construction of infrastructure. Different regional characteristics corresponding to different sponge urban construction needs and requirements, construction means of sponge city is not completely without geographical replication is restricted, such as mountain city urban construction sponge is very special.Chongqing is a typical mountain city. At the same time, it is the National Urban Agglomeration-- benchmark for one of the most important core of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration and southwest of urban construction, coincides with the Chongqing City in 2015 is listed as national first batch of sponge pilot cities. Therefore, this paper looks into Chongqing, trying to explore the mountainous sponge city construction mechanism and its planning method.Sponge city construction contains a complex system, is also an open system. Therefore, this study used a new way to solve complex system, using the research framework from problem finding, analyzingto solving. This paper is divided into five parts.The first part(Chapter 1)finds the problem. The research background, significance and content, we give the definition of the concept of sponge mountainous cities, make clear the exploration mountain sponge city planning method includes engineering design and planning methods and management planning in two parts.The second part(Chapterv2 and Chapter 3) analysis the problem.The problems are gradually focusing, gradually in-depth analysis from the common sponge city construction to the mechanism analysis of mountainous sponge city construction.Firstly, through to sponge the city related to the review of theory and practice case classified and summarized, clear the theoretical connotation of sponge City, construction goal, construction guidelines and deal with macro- in micro- three different planning scale sponge urban construction experience.Secondly, analyzing the mechanism of sponge city construction in mountainous cities, taking Chongqing as a case study, concludes that landform classification, urban layout pattern and characteristics of climate are the three main important construction mechanism for the mountainous cities.The third part(Chapter 4), aims to give comprehensive solution. Based on the the sponge city construction mechanism results, this part works out engineering and design planning methods by classification.The fourth part(Chapter 5)aims to give practice strategy. Focuses on the current planning management system of Chongqing City, referring to the domestic and foreign advanced sponge city construction experience, and puts forward the planning management method of Chongqing city construction of the sponge.The fifth part is conclusion(Chapter 6). Summarize the important mechanism in the construction of mountain city to city sponge layout pattern, terrain characteristics and climatic characteristics of mountain city, proposed the project design planning methods and management planning method. And this part also points out the shortcomings and prospect of this study.
