Blisk is the new type of components for affecting work performance of Aero-engine, is the core components of new generation Aero-engine, Enhance the design and manufacturing standards, have important meanings in national defense construction and national economic development. Blisk can reduce the weight of the engine and simplifies the structure, increase the engine reliability, more and more widely used in the new generation Aero-engine. However, blisk have complicated surface, blade is very thinner and easy to deformation,narrow channel between blades that increases further difficulty of blisk processing. Generally, finish machining for blisk blade profile inland is still polished by hand, it causes efficiency to be low, and is difficult to ensure the high-quality surface integrity. Traditional CNC abrasive belt grinding have been widely used in the blade finishing, but it cannot meet the requirements of integral blisk surface processing Therefore, a new type abrasive belt grinding process are proposed in the paper, and the belt grinding experiment research of blisk surface are carried out.The paper analyzed the structure characteristics and grinding characteristics material of Aero-engine blisk, and researched the Aero-engine blisk grinding process. To explore the difficulty to realize blisk of CNC abrasive belt grinding technology, analyzed feasibility of the new type abrasive belt grinding process.Above the basis of theoretical analysis of the open type reciprocating abrasive belt grinding, build blisk experiment platform of open abrasive belt reciprocating grinding, the pressure control system were studied, mathematical model of the control of grinding pressure is established, the grinding pressure control scheme were studied. For subsequent blisk type surface new type abrasive belt grinding experiment research lay the foundation.According to the characteristics of the open reciprocating abrasive belt grinding,above the experimental platform has been set up the influence of the different grinding parameters on the material removal rate and the abrasive belt wear and the surface roughness were studied, abrasive belt wear model was set up, verified by compiling the MATLAB simulation test.The experimental research of blisk open abrasive belt reciprocating grinding is to made. In view of the important evaluation index of blisk surface integrity,analysis of the belt speed, grinding pressure and feed speed of the key grinding parameters on the blisk surface integrity were made.
