With the pump basic theory research, the pump performance improvement and water pump scheme design are constantly improve, corresponding water pump automatic test technology level also need to continuously improve to meet the demand of the pump market. This study has become the subject of much concern to the industry. At present, many of the domestic application of the test system using traditional semi-automatic mode, the measurement accuracy is low, poor real-time performance and reliability, no comprehensive management system and operation design user-friendly enough.This thesis is for the status of domestic water pump test system based on the principles and methods of pump test-depth research, the application of intelligent control technology, sensor technology, and data acquisition and processing technique, proposed integrated test bench automatic control programs based on the PLC control technology, to achieve acquisition, performance testing, analysis and other data processing and curve drawing function of pump parameters. In the course of the study, the analysis choose the appropriate speed measurement method to analyze the least squares method to the pump parameter curve fitting methods.Flow control problem is the key problem in the water conservancy system. This thesis deeply studies the flow control in the test system. The fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm is applied to the flow control system, which overcomes the problem of nonlinear and uncertain flow control system. The test results show that the algorithm has advantages of good stability, high control accuracy, solving the difficult problem of flow control in the traditional way.Test results show that this test system has a high degree of automation and testing accuracy, stable and reliable operation mode, convenient hardware and software maintenance system, better technical and economic performance and a high value of popularization and application.
