In recent years, with the further application and research on titanium and titanium alloy materials in aerospace, military, nuclear power and other cutting-edge industries. It is particularly important to test the high temperature strength and stress rupture property of titanium and titanium alloy materials. The testing machine as a special equipment for high temperature stress rupture property of titanium and titanium alloy materials. But, the testing machine for assess high temperature stress rupture property of titanium and titanium alloy materials, which is belong to BaoTi group experimental center, have always found defects in host electrical control system and test software. Because the objective conditions and economic interests, the functions of testing machine could not reach the long period operation, which can affect the sample's test period and the test results of the titanium and titanium alloy materials. In order to implement the stable operation and achieve the reliable test data for RC-0930 high temperature stress rupture testing machine, which have become an urgent problem to be solved by Bao Ti group experimental center.The subject originated from Bao Ti group experimental cente r technological transformation projects. Taking titanium and titanium alloy materials of high temperature stress rupture property test as the research object. On the basis of deeply understanding of the development status of domestic and foreign testing ma chine and related theoretical knowledge, analyzed the present situation of the electrically operated levelling system, temperature control system and computer software system for RC-0930 high temperature stress rupture testing machine. And on the basis of full understanding of the long period test process of titanium and titanium alloy materials, this paper first states the current development situation of high temperature stress rupture testing machine, and discusses the demand for technological transformation. After that, choose the leveling element, and design the lever leveling control system, temperature control system, computer scanning-monitoring system. Finally, we have completed test for high temperature stress rupture property of titanium and titanium alloy materials.The paper design and implement the testing machine ability, system functions, key technical parameters, hardware design and software requirements, that is required for high temperature stress rupture property of titanium and titanium a lloy materials. And then apply of research results to titanium and titanium alloy materials test. To be ensuring accurate of the testing data, select testing machines that key parameters have been calibrated include force value, temperature uniformity, instrument, and so on. In the test process, total completed 3 groups of 12 pieces different time and temperature sample testing for high temperature stress rupture property. And applied to the company's for high temperature stress rupture property of titanium and titanium alloy products test for nearly 1 years and 200 pieces of testing tasks, did not occur test failure caused by fault of testing machine hardware or control system. It is proved that by technological transformation for high temperature stress rupture testing machine under condition of run long-period can effective realization automatic leveling, control temperature and computer scanning-monitoring system. A simple control system is convenient for inspector to operate the whole test process, which can effectively and real-timelystorage access test data and analysis test results. By technological transformation testing mach ine can greatly improving accuracy of the test data for high temperature stress rupture property of titanium and titanium alloy materials. The paper provided reliable basis on comprehensive research for titanium and titanium alloy materials properties. And also ensure application of titanium and titanium alloy in cutting-edge industries.
