With the intelligence of aircraft maintenance test and the improvement of information level, the ground testing technology methods of Airborne Electronic Equipments become much more complicated. Centralized Fault Display System is the core of aircraft maintenance system, thus the Centralized Fault Display System analyzer depends more on foreign export equipments, however, the basic characteristics and electrical standard of data used by CFDS can be determined. Therefore, we can develop the CFDS test simulation software on the base,which not only reduces the maintenance costs, but also improves the efficiency of the whole in-field maintenance.First, this article analyses the characteristics and main points of the data used by ground test and studies the current air bus data transfer protocol deep, then analyses the electrical characteristics and five data encoding patterns in detail. Simultaneously from the aspect of data analysis and process, we conduct a practical research on the data pre-processing technology and focus on the research of data cleaning technology. For the lack attributes filling of data, we propose a new data pre-processing method which combines distribution algorithm and K-means clustering algorithm, and effectively solve the problem of missing data attributes filling by the programming simulation.Finally, we divided the whole simulation platform into two modules which are the basic data transceiver module and LRU(Line Replaceable Units)units test module by function after we are fully familiar with the characteristics of test data and test procedures. Then, we respectively design and demonstrate the two modules, it shows that the simulation platform has strong practicality, good scalability and meets the need of ground testing data analysis absolutely.
