A major development of power actuator is the electromechanical actuators.Currently,mainly used brushless DC motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor to drive low-power electromechanical actuators. Electromechanical actuator, the key question is: how to improve system reliability and how to increase system power density. Switched reluctance motor is good at starting torque, fault-tolerant ability, efficiency,which can be applied to electromechanical actuators, but due to the flux characteristics of switched reluctance motor,the torque ripple limit its wider application. In this paper, reducing the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor base on control strategy, designed a switched reluctance motor redundant electromechanical actuators.First, the model of switched reluctance motor is established. Finite element analysis of the motor will get the motor flux linkage curve, and established simulation model of switched reluctance motor according to curve data. This reference established the model of SRM under the Matlab considering mutual inductance. simulation were compared with results does not take into account mutual inductance, the results suggested, the motor model considering mutual inductance is closer to the actual situation.Second, the comparison of motor control strategies are studied. Actuator control accuracy is a key indicators of the actuator system, which is to control the motor to achieve precise position, therefore, torque ripple of switched reluctance motor must be strictly limited.The results show that: to achieve constant torque of switched reluctance motor, and only by controlling the instantaneous torque to reduce the torque ripple rather than the traditional average torque control. In this paper, several motor control algorithms were compared and analyzed to determine the application of torque distribution function method can reduce the torque ripple.Finally, the location of the motor trace is output. The circumstance of switched reluctance motor actuators is tracked with the input signal is verified by simulation, and combine the strong SRM fault tolerance, 2 sets of switched reluctance motor and driving control system are applied...
