| The aircraft ground deicing scheduling with deicing slots and bays are allotted to the airlines is a decision-making issue which information uncertainty is included. Rules and targets are contrived for optimization, and deicing delay can be reduced observably by optimization in winter.For the aircraft ground deicing, operation, the deicing method and operation process are analyzed, together with the dynamic, incident, independence and temporality of aircraft ground deicing circumstance are analyzed. Aims at the plan and scheduling of aircraft deicing resources in large airports, the aircraft ground deicing process multi-agent modelling is constituted the extension analysis method is adopted for the solution of deicing delay that based on the aircraft ground deicing process multi-agent modelling The decision-making method for airlines is proposed, and the algorithm of decision-making and deicing priority(HPFS&DM) is designed. Based on the theory of multi-agent, the algorithms of harmony are proposed. Finally, multi-agent software development framework JADE is used for constructing the multi-agent system. The domestic departures data of Beijing Capital International Airport is used for simulation experiments. The results show that the model optimized by HPFS&DM outperforms the first come, first service scheduling strategy not only in total deicing delay, total number of aircrafts and the rate of aircraft delay, but also at deicing congested circumstance. The utility of model and algorithms is validated. A new strategy is proposed for the plan and scheduling of aircraft deicing resources. |
