And from the following three aspects affecting the evaporator heat transfer effect has carried on the simple analysis: the geometry characteristics of the evaporator, the size of the evaporative air volume and the refrigerant R134 a filling quantity of everything. Is obtained by experimental result data were analyzed, and the final conclusion: program with FLUENT software simulation results, compared with the original bus air conditioning system refrigerating capacity without big changes, but the optimization system evaporator heat transfer effect is better, smaller volume, COP value of the system is also more at the same time, and the refrigeration evaporator faster. |
