The decrease of Traditional stock of fossil fuels and the environmental pollution problems caused by its use have become increasingly prominent, the electric car has great developmental prospects as a kind of ecological transportation in the development and use of new energy, and permanent magnet synchronous motor is the key technique of electric vehicles. The research of permanent magnet synchronous motor model is of great significance to the study of the PMSM parameter optimization and control algorithm. The main innovation of this paper is researching a nonlinear model of permanent magnet synchronous motor which is more accurate and closer to reality based on the traditional linear model of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The experiments is compared the simulation results of the traditional linear model and nonlinear model to verify the correctness and superiority of the nonlinear model through of MATLAB platform. On the LabWindows/ CVI platform, the model applied to control the real motor controller is the semi physical simulation. Finally, the model is compared with the real motor. The semi physical simulation of the project is close to the engineering practice, and the cost of the simulation is low.First of all, the paper derived nonlinear flux model of PMSM, take advantage of traditional mathematical model coordinate transform equivalent principles to establish model further estimated flux permanent magnet synchronous motor, and use flux saturation factor to achieve non-linear model; then the paper introduces the technical principle of vector control and the mechanism of the waveform. Secondly, this paper establishs the hardware platform and the software platform of the permanent magnet synchronous motor real-time semi physical simulation, introduces the TI company's motor controller, NI company industrial Px Le – 8102 and signal conditioning plate; the RT target machine and PC control program written by the motor model for real-time simulation software LabWindows/CVI. Simple introduced the motor vector control applications written by CCS. Finally, two contrasting results of linear and nonlinear model of permanent magnet synchronous motor in MATLAB non real time simulation are presented, which verify the correctness and superiority of the nonlinear model. The results of real-time digital simulation of the motor and the access to the external real controller semi physical simulation are introduced in the Lab Windows/CVI realtime simulation platform. This paper analyzes and verifies the feasibility of the permanent magnet synchronous motor by collecting and analyzing the output data of the permanent magnet synchronous motor 's nonlinear model and the real motor under the real motor control.In this paper, we provide a better platform in testing the research of kinds of control algorithm and controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor, provide a good and convenient environment for the production and development.
