| With the rapid development of city, there was dramatic changes in the city underlying surface conditions, it took a great influence on the urban climate environment.Especially for city residential areas which is closely related to the residents, the builder is mostly from residential function and aesthetic Angle consideration to design and build the residential environment, and always neglect the influence of underlying surface conditions to micro climate,and the residential microclimate environment for people is very important.Therefore, the research on impact of water allocation for urban residential microclimate in Harbin is very meaningful.Through the study of this paper, hope to come to the different configuration forms of water bodies in Harbin urban settlements for the influence the situation of settlements micro climate.From the perspective of underlying surface water body’s configuration,puts forward certain Suggestions on the construction of Harbin urban settlements, in order to improve the micro climate of Harbin urban settlements, improve the comfort of settlements micro climate environment.Simulation analysis of different water area proportion configur ation for the influence of residential microclimate,First of all, through the research of residents Settlements within the scope of Harbin city, grasp the water allocation in Harbin city residential areas, and through the sum up, the configuration forms of water bodies in Harbin urban settlements summarized as three basic forms: centralized, decentralized, edge streamed, and the basic form of water allocation for each have more detailed divide. Then, for typical water allocation settlements with relevant professional instrument to measure.Take the measured data and use it to compare with the simulated data, proves the validity of Envi-met software numerical simulation.Then use simulation of Envi-met analysis of the different configuration forms of water bo dies influence on micro climate environment of urban settlement.And further analyzes the living area of different water form and location of the configuration of the urban residential microclimate environment impact.Through the study:The micro climate of the areas under the water for the wind effect significantly; When water area ratio reaches a certain degree, with the increase of water residential area percentage, its impact on residential microclimate environment gradually reduce;The different configuration forms of water bodies has a great difference for the effects of the micro climate environment in the settlement, the influence features of different configuration forms of water bodies for the settlement are different.For the three basic configuration forms of water bodies, according to their respective characteristics, there will be further classification and simulation study of the configuration forms of water bodies, from several aspects,such as position and direction, dispersion degree to compreh ensive analysis the different configuration forms of water bodies effect at micro climate environment in the settlement,and contrast analysis of summer to conclud the most effective configuration forms of water bodies of adjusting the micro climate environment of urban settlement in the summer.
