The Study On The Space Design Of Office Building In Cold Regions Based On Building Green Degree Index

Based on green degree evaluation index of the design of the building space of the cold ground, the research objective is to use the concept of green degree in office space design, combined with the climate characteris tics, the existing green evaluation index is selected, and the system of many evaluation index is applied to the design of building space, in order to guide the future design of the space design. According to the balance of the artificial environment and n atural climate, make full use of the favorable part of the cold climate environment, to avoid the disadvantages, and to achieve the requirements of the user's comfort and low carbon consumption by the highest climate utilization rate and the lowest energy load.The paper adopts the method of combining theory with engineering examples, first of all, the research background, related concepts, domestic and foreign research status and research methods are systematically expounded. Based on the analysis of green building green degree and its index, the paper concludes three factors influencing the design of the space of building space, which is to improve the coordination degree between the external space and the space, improve the coordination degree of the inner space and the space environment. And the three principles that guide the space design of office building in the future are derived, which is to coordinate the local property, create a comfortable physical environment and realize low carbon economic operation. Next, this paper discusses the research methods from the two aspects of the external space and internal space of the building, which is based on the six sub indexes of the building green degree, the urban area, the micro climate adjustment, the regional cultural heritage, the climate adaptability, the energy efficiency index, and the maintenance structure.In this paper, the selection of typical and practical examples of practical analysis and theoretical improvement, comprehensive use of statistical analysis, field research, inductive prototyping and graphic research methods, analysis and solve problems, refining and summarized the law. I hope that this paper can provide the design theory of building space design, and provide the design basis and reference for the construction and reconstruction of the future cold work.
