Spectroradiometer is an instrument for measuring the solar spectrum in the field of meteorological observation. With the development of spectral measurements,spectroradiometer translates from two-dimensional integral(irradiation-time) observation to three-dimensional integral(irradiation-wavelength-time) observation. The spectroradiometer designed in this paper is suitable for measuring the visible and near infrared solar band,which is of 380nm-1000 nm.Based on systematically carried out the development status of the instrument, this paper expounds the working principleand of spectroradiometer, and put forward the overall design plan. Optimizing design the light-collecting barrel and linghtcone of coupling system; in the design of dispersion system, two typical types of dispersion structures are described in detail,and ZEMAX is applied to optimize the system, and simulation these two result, after that determine the dispersion optical system based on resolution experiment, the experiment shows that flat field concave grating structure is better than the cross C-T structure. expound the spectral calibration and radiometric calibration method of spectroradiometer, confirm wavelength calibration equation, spectral resolution and radiometric calibration accuracy by test. Experimental results show that, spectral resolution < 5nm, radiometric calibration accuracy is ±4.6%.
