Research On Compensating Hole Detector Of Automobile Hydraulic Break Cylinder

Brake cylinder detector is designed in the paper to detect blister and defects inside the main brake cylinder. Due to the shape complexity of cylinder outer shape and the reference of the detection, detecting the position of the compensating hole becomes a big difficulty in automobile industry.The device use micro displacement sensor to get the starting point, linear CCD to image scanning, image processing by computer.All detecting parts work with mechanical feeding system simultaneously.High accuracy and ease of operating are observed during the detecting process.Specification of the device: accuracy: 0.03% FS, resolution: 0.001 mm, repetitive: 0.005 mm.
