This paper focuses on the robust control method for engineering applications in satellite attitude control system. Research significance of robust control methods applied in satellite attitude controller design. The the satellite attitude controller design in current realities are analyzed. The main methods of controller design method were compared. Standard H_? design method, mixed sensitivity, loop shaping design method and LMI, robust stability, robust performance, system uncertainty, structured singular value, LFT, and other basic concepts and design methods were in-depth research. For MIMO system, some concepts and methods were discussed. Use hybrid coordinate method derived kinetic equation for a flexible attachment satellite. Research on the selection of weigh function, Study the establishment of structured singular value ? analysis required model.Use the robust control method get a satellite designed controller, The design were analized and time domain simulation were done. Finally, real-time semi-physical simulation system based on MATLAB Xpc target structures in the designed controller engineering actual verification results show that the designed controller performance and numerical simulation results are close to the designed controller meets the satellites attitude control system design requirements.The method studied in this paper for the design of future new satellite high-precision attitude control system provides a new way.
