Recently, with the increasing of the complexity of space missions, the multi-function, stability and autonomous intelligence of spacecraft have been required. In order to address these requirements, scientists have put forward the concept of spacecraft swarm, compared with the traditional single spacecraft, spacecraft swarm has many advantages, such as high flexibility, strong robustness, strong independence, low R & D cycle and low cost. At present, the mode of spacecraft swarm is still in theoretical verification and experimental exploration stage, once develop to a certain degree of maturity, it will become the mainstream of future space applications.In this paper, considering the problem of cooperative control for micro-spacecraft swarm as the core, the design of the initial configuration of the spacecraft swarm, the control of formation keeping based on TS fuzzy theory, coordination management of tasks for the spacecraft swarm and the simulation results of the relevant theoretical research based on the MATLAB and STK co-simulation platform are carried out.The innovations mainly manifest in the following three aspects:(1) The influence of space perturbation on the orbit of spacecraft is analyzed based on the theory of orbit dynamics to minimize the influence on the configuration of the PCO from perturbation;(2) The nonlinear system is decomposed into multiple linear subsystems and the design of asymptotically stabilizing controllers for subsystems are finished to realize the formation keeping of spacecraft swarm based on TS fuzzy theory;(3) The coordination and distribution of tasks for the spacecraft swarm is realized based on NSB.The research results show that the initial configuration of the spacecraft can effectively mitigate the impact of the perturbation on the spacecraft structure. Compared with the traditional LQR method, the TS fuzzy control can enhance the system's robustness and save some fuel. Through the NSB theory, the coordination among the tasks is realized based on the behavior way, which can ensure the fairness among the spacecraft, and can solve the problem of single point failure in the traditional chief-follow mode.
