The pressure type anchor bolt has developed rapidly in our country for more than ten years. It is widely used in various engineering, but because of its theoretical research can not keep up with the engineering application, there may be a safety hazard or waste. In this paper,based on the independent design of the indoor bolt pullout test, the working mechanism of the pressure type anchor rod is systematically studied. The main research contents are as follows:1, based on elastic mechanics of lame discussion and of filling body and surrounding rock soil coordination deformation assumption, it is concluded that the grout body in certain pulling force function- and grouting in rock soil interface friction distribution stress distribution;2, based on improved ryl-600 rock shear rheology testing machine, with continuous loading were interface characteristics tests of pressure type anchor rod, the whole drawing force and test pieces deformation relationship and grouting body strain, and on the basis of analysis, the grouting body surface stress distribution and grouting body axial force distribution, and compares it with the deduced formula is derived;3, according to the indoor test collection of drawing force and deformation relationship of parts, drawing the load- displacement curve, and combined with the derived interface stress distribution of the specimen loading to failure in the whole process of;4, based on the orthogonal experimental data, multi group comparison of the test data,analyzes the influence of rock soil strength, grouting the strength of the material, filling the body length of three orthogonal factor of pressure type anchor maximal anchoring force;5, based on the damage of the grouting body pulled out after, analyzes the corresponding to the filling body top chipping and fracture stress, combined with the ultimate pullout force of bolt, analysis of the grouting body damage on the whole bolt pullout force of impact.
