In grouting engineering, due to the complexity of the construction environment,particularity and concealment, leading to the relevant theoretical research on the backward. Even if the cement- water glass grouting materials are widely used, the research of the cement- water glass grouting materials is mainly based on the process and material improvement.In this paper, the characteristics of cement water glass double liquid grouting materials in the polluted environment were studied, and the effects of sulfate, chloride and magnesium salts on the corrosion were analyzed in this paper. In this paper, the following factors are considered, such as the volume ratio of two kinds of slurry, the water cement ratio of cement slurry, the concentration of the erosion solution and the age of erosion. Through soak the indoor accelerated erosion deterioration test, the same water cement ratio, after the concentration of salt solution immersion test block test, study no side limit compressive strength, dynamic elastic modulus and apparent characteristics of performance deterioration test index variation; and studied in different water cement ratio, passed after the concentration of salt solution immersion test block test, study no side limit compressive strength, dynamic elastic modulus and apparent differences in the variation of characteristics of performance deterioration test index. And the relationship between the evaluation indexes and the water cement ratio, the type and concentration of the erosion solution, and the correlation between the indexes were studied.Obtained through laboratory tests:1. Sulfate and chlorine salt solution, solution concentration, cement water glass grout concretion test block deterioration of mechanical properties of the faster.Sodium sulfate solution erosion will make the test block is decomposed into white mud and ash water ratio is 1 block from erosion effect is more serious, the erosion of the sodium sulfate solution will try to block expansion and cracking, and water ash than 0.5 blocks by impact erosion more serious.2. The early strength of cement- water glass slurry material stone block test block will be increased under the erosion of the magnesium salt solution. But in magnesium sulfate solution, water cement ratio cement blocks water role and salt solution erosion test 1 are alleviated, strength increase slowly, but the peak strength increase; when water cement ratio less than 0.8, try to block the early strength increased, late performance deterioration also increases.3.In the salt solution long-term immersion test specimens, compressive strength,apparent characteristics are better showing the trend of erosion deterioration of the test piece, and the correlation is good, suitable for the test of the performance of the deterioration of the test index. The test results of the elastic modulus test can not be used to reflect the deterioration degree of the material, and it is not suitable to use the dynamic elastic modulus to reflect the evaluation index of the cement water glass grouting material erosion deterioration test.
