The clean energy is developed rapidly with the recent continuous attention and supporting policy. The wind power as an important part of clean energy is subsequently developed rapidly. Wind turbine's shrink disk as a component of transmission systems of wind turbine plays a crucial role in wind turbine work.Wind turbine's shrink disk can be viewed as three-layer interference fit. On the basis of thick-cylinder theory and displacement boundary conditions, the formula about the relation between magnitude of interference and contact pressure of N layer interference fit is derived. Results of four models are calculated by this method and the finite element method, and the comparison about two methods shows that the solutions by both methods are almost identical except contact edge.Mechanical model of wind turbine's shrink disk is built according to N-layer interference fit. The static reliability model of wind turbine's shrink disk is built on the basis of mechanical model and stress-strength model, and the formula about reliability sensitivity is derived. Then the reliability-based robust design model is built. Through a numerical example, the effect of the mean of random variables on reliability and reliability sensitivity is analyzed, the comparison about classical design method and reliability-based robust design method shows that reliability-based robust design method is more reliable and more robust.Considering the influence of dynamic load and fatigue strength of material, the dynamic reliability model of wind turbine's shrink disk is established on the basis of the static reliability model, load model and residual strength model. Dynamic reliability sensitivity formula is deduced, and the dynamic reliability-based robust design model is established. Through a numerical example, the effect of the mean of random variables on reliability is analyzed, the change of dynamic reliability sensitivity over time is analyzed, the result of dynamic reliability-based robust design is calculated by MATLAB.The formula of calculating reliability of wind turbine's shrink disk is deduced according to basic principle and idea of Monte Carlo. Through a numerical example, the comparison about above method and Monte Carlo method shows that two methods are almost identical.
