At present, our country has more than 300 million rural resident population drinking water do not meet safety standards,which accounted for 80% of the central and Western regions. Since 2005 our country start the rural drinking water safety project, and strive to solve the problem of rural drinking water safety problems as soon as possible. And integrated water purification devices because of its characteristics of small size, low investment cost, convenient operation, and good effluent water quality suitable for use in vast rural areas, which has become a hot topic in the research of water purification technology in recent years.Study of the theory is based on the unique hydraulic mixing method of a new enhanced flocculation device and the catchment performance optimization of experimental research of a new type inclined plate. And then development of a new type of strengthening flocculation deposition equipment.Compared With other water purification equipment using new type of inclined plate precipitation technology, it has the advantages of long flocculation process, a large number of micro vortex, easy to control the flocculation time and uniform velocity gradient, cloth water evenly, low height and convenient management. etc. In the actual experiments found that the equipment can stable and efficient operation, and has high practical application value.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:In the study of the development of new type enhanced flocculation device which is based on outer ring flocculation area combined with center flocculation area. Outer ring flocculation area is divided into eight blocks on average, and the water flow up and down along the counterclockwise, then the raw water flow into center flocculation area through the water passage to complete further flocculation. The flocculation time is 15 min. and a number of reinforcement grids are arranged in each grid In order to improve the performance of the hydraulic mixing.Yangtze river sediment and fruit shell particles are adopted to simulate the raw water to study the optimization of same direction flow inclined plate, Comparison of the two inclined plate spate separation effect and effluent water quality found45 °inclined plate processing effect is better than 60 ° inclined plate, and will be applied in the research and development of new equipment.In dealing with the raw water of Yangtze river in the study of the practical performance to evaluate the equipment found that in the design flow rate, average water turbidity can be stable under 2.7 NTU, the average removal rate of 95%; CODMn average concentration of 1.4 mg/L; UV254 average value of 0.035 cm-1; At low load operation, average water turbidity can be stable under 2.17 NTU, the average removal rate of 97.8%; CODMn average concentration of 1.47mg/L; UV254 average value of 0.037 cm-1; At low load operation, average water turbidity can be stable under 2.75 NTU, the average removal rate of 95%; CODMn average concentration of 1.54 mg/L; UV254 average value of 0.038cm-1; and the effluent water quality can meet the requirements of the water quality of GB-5749?2006? of small and medium-sized water purification equipment.The contrast and analysis about the remove effect in different flow shows that when dealing with raw water increased, residence time of flocculation and precipitation, catchment time will be reduced. Resulting in a decline in the water quality of the equipment, but but they can meet the design standards and requirements of the water is not uniform in the practical application.Continuous operation experimental research shows that Dredging mud every 10 hours can maintain water quality stability; at the same time using the pressure of upper water to discharge sludge automatic which lasted 15 s and convenient operation.Combined with the actual application of operation management and the depreciation cost of initial investment to evaluate the economic performance of the equipment,The final analysis results show that the unit water cost 0.418 yuan /m3, which with a high price advantage, in the central and western economic underdeveloped rural areas and has a broad application prospect.
