Airport runway friction coefficient test is the key equipment to test the runway friction coefficient,it’s test precision directly affects the safety of aircraft. So it is very necessary to do research on it. This thesis presents a new method for designing this slip ratio control system is a part of it. Its precision directly affects the safety of aircraft. The traditional slip ratio control system adopt servo valve as its control element. But servo valve is high demanding on its operating environment and it’s expensive. Using high speed on-off valve is good to avoid these disadvantages.High speed valve performance is the important index to evaluation system. First, analysis the structure and working mode of high speed valve.Secondly establish the state model of high speed on-off valve and obtain simulation results. We analysis of the simulation results and optimize the parameters. At last, the structure of slip ratio control system is designed.Research results show that this scheme is very effective. Vertical normal pressure can be measured continuously. Measurement of friction coefficient also has a high degree of accuracy.
