| With the rapid growth of national economy and the increasing of civil aviation airspace traffic. The problem of air traffic congestion and flight delays is getting worse due to the irrational allocation of airspace capacity. What’s more, the safety of flight work threatened. As the most important part of airspace planning, sector optimization technology makes a significant contribution to the enhancement of airspace resources utilization, reasonable air traffic flow distribution, promotion of airspace capacity and ensurance of flight safety. In this thesis, based on the basic principle and method of generating a Voronoi diagram and the weighted Voronoi diagram, proposed use of the air traffic complexity of the model to indirectly assess the sector capacity. And which have to consider influence factors of air traffic complexity are airspace structure, conflict type between the change of altitude, flight speed, traffic mix degree, the density of dispatching command, and weather conditions, etc. Then apply to determine the basic sector unit of the airspace sector, proposed the establishment of sector planning model based on complexity equalization principle, then using the growing algorithm to optimize combination of airspace sector unit, ultimately we find the optimal sector boundary. And through the simulation of Xiamen in controlled airspace actual data, the results verified the rationality of the sector boundary demarcation method proposed in this paper. According to the xi ’an terminal control airspace, hold route, the conflict points, important navigation position as generating element, add traffic flow diagram as the weighting value to generate sector units, through the statistics of xi ’an traffic data such as the May Day golden week to calculate the air traffic complexity value, set partitioning model is established to realize dynamic sector opening and closing. To give the final sector of a day by a combination of opening and closing of the case and the sector splitting the cost function, and verified by comparing the effective and scientific method of sector adjustment. |
