| The main reason for the damage of reinforced concrete structures is the corrosion of reinforcement, so the detection of the corrosion of the reinforcement can be used to estimate the life and durability of concrete foundation facilities. It has important economic value and social value. Based on the radio frequency technology and reinforced equivalent, this paper designs a steel corrosion detection system based on RF.Firstly, the overall structure and the technical route of the steel corrosion detection system are introduced. By comparison, no power and no wire solution based on the equivalent of the reinforcement corrosion and the RF technology is selected. RF430 is used as the tag design of the RF chip, and TRF7970 A as the RF chip and MSP430F2370 as the control chip design of the reader, the data communication between the reader and the tag is determined by the ISO 15693 protocol.Secondly, the design of the embedded electronic tag is designed. Through the frequency of the protocol, the microstrip antenna is designed, and the ADC module of the chip is set up and the parameters are set up. The PCB design of the circuit is finished.Thirdly, the hardware of the reader is designed, the software of the reader and the electronic tag is designed, including the internal control and communication, the data acquisition, the software design between the reader and the tag, and then design the Configuration interface between the reader and the computer,and the user interface also be designed.Finally, experiment and debugging on the steel corrosion detection system is tested. The design parameters of the final tag were determined, and the function of the system was tested. The results show that the system is stable, and every part of the system works normally, which can meet the low cost engineering implementation. |
