Superplastic forming and diffusion bonding(referred to as SPF/DB) has widely research and application, because its multilayer structure meets the light weight, high strength and integration requirements of the aerospace parts. As an advanced manufacturing technology of the modern field of aerospace, SPF/DB technology can manufacture structures of complex shape and high specific strength, which the traditional manufacturing technology are unable or difficult to form, and save production cost. In this paper, the group technology of hot punching process and SPF/DB technology were studied in the manufacturing of TC4 titanium alloy four-sheet rudder structure with enhancement plate.Different from the conventional multi-sheet structure, TC4 titanium alloy four-sheet rudder structure contained enhancement plate, which was used to improve the structure's connection and bearing performance. At first, this paper used the MSC. MARC software to numerically simulate the forming of experimental product, analyzed the wall thickness distribution to find the best forming conditions, and obtained the optimized P- t line; According to the results of the simulation, this paper designed the die; In the hot forming/superplastic forming machine, the hot pressing process and the SPF/DB process of four-sheet rudder structure were conducted; Finally, this paper analyzed the microstructure observation of the diffusion bonding position, focusing on the key diffusion bonding position of enhancement plate and the internal cross ribs.The hot-pressing test of face-sheet showed that: in the conditions of 720 ?, the face-sheet's forming condition was good, which pasting the die; The SPF/DB of four-sheet rubber structure showed that the forming effect of four-sheet face was good, the upright situation of internal cross reinforcement was well; By the microstructure observation of the key position near the enhancement plate, the diffusion bonding of enhancement plate of coarse grain with sheets of fine grain was good, which obtained metallurgical connection in the interface.
