Aircraft manufacture coordination route which connects the interchangeable coordination scheme design with tolerance distribution is an important process file. The digital design of aircraft manufacture coordination route has important significance for computer-aided tolerance design and the implementation of aircraft digital process. To this end, this thesis studies the knowledge-based aircraft manufacture coordination route design technology and develops the knowledge-based aircraft manufacture coordination route design system combining with the actual needs of one of domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises. The main research contents and work are as follows:1. Establishing the knowledge model of aircraft manufacture coordination route. Using the UML modeling language build the knowledge model of aircraft manufacture coordination route which includes the domain knowledge of tolerance matching standards, process tolerance, processing precision of the machine tool, accuracy model of typical manufacture coordination question and so on, completing the express of knowledge. Studying the guiding method of the knowledge model helps coordination route design.2. Studying the reasoning technology of knowledge-based aircraft manufacture coordination route design. According to the knowledge model of aircraft manufacture coordination route, the instance knowledge reasoning and rule knowledge reasoning have been researched to improve the reuse of knowledge and simplify the design process.3. Studying the interactive graphical design of aircraft manufacture coordination route. The figures and figures library were defined and the graphical interaction design interface was developed. Smart capture algorithm was researched to complete the figure creating, positioning, moving and connecting. And completing the definition of coordination relation and the integration of tolerance information through knowledge reasoning.4. Studying the extraction technology of coordination relation based on manufacture coordination route figures. By mapping rules and algorithms, manufacture coordination units, coordination relations, geometric dimension and tolerance information were extracted and stored in a data structure defined in the coordination link. The dimension coordinate information model for the tolerance distribution is established to integrate the isolated manufacture coordination links into the regular structure form of dimension chain and create coordination process file, which can be used by the tolerance allocation system and provides the front-end data input for tolerance allocation system.5. Developing the coordination route design system based on knowledge. The system can connect the interchangeable coordination scheme design with tolerance distribution and provides the technology conditions for the in-depth development of digital process of aircraft manufacture.
