Hydraulic excavator is the most widely used in the construction of national economy, with the rapid development of it, energy shortage have become increasingly prominent and energy saving technology research is urgently needed. Through the computer simulation technology, the hydraulic system of excavator components and optimization control is a kind of new design theory, can greatly improve the efficiency and competitiveness of hydraulic excavator products. At this stage the simulation technology of excavator in China is still at the condition of component simulation. The parameters of the model complex is not intuitive, poor accuracy and poor universality and long time modeling and simulation data visualization. According to current excavator hydraulic system simulation technology experience and existing problem, based on AMESim electro-hydraulic simulation software, put forward a new excavator hydraulic system modeling method and set up the visual software interface.Used the mainstream products of the wide application of 20 t class anti shovel hydraulic excavator as the object, and according to the power device of excavator hydraulic system, implementation of the device and control device and the hydraulic components of the function and control method. Based on fluid mechanics and hydraulic transmission system basic principle, set up the general type variable displacement pump model and general multi way valve model and other general-purpose auxiliary hydraulic valve model. Set up the entry of AMESim custom components library, and gives a new simulation modeling method of excavator hydraulic system. Through call for different power device, a control device, executing device and auxiliary device and according to the different logic connection form combination, given model in different parameters can be of different excavator system of modeling and simulation, parameter matching and optimization design. Through the program interface, design the visualization software of hydraulic system of excavator. Just set up different parameters in the friendly interface of the software can match the working parameters of the system. The application of the visualization software system can simulate and analyze the pressure and flow rate of the inlet and outlet of the control valve at any time during the actual operation of the excavator. Provide theoretical guidance for hydraulic system design, component selection, improvement of system operation efficiency and optimization performance.
