With increased market competition and diversified customer needs, many manufacturing enterprises began to adapt Multi-variety, Small batch and Make to Order(MSO) production mode to increase the competitiveness. MSO production mode, which regards customer requirements as production center, responds flexibly to changing market demands, shortens the production cycle, but increase the difficulty of enterprise management, especially for the production scheduling. How to adjust the existing production scheduling to meet the statement change of orders, such as the arrival of new order, the change of existing orders and so on, while considering the benefits of deferent departments has become the main problem in the MSO enterprise. This paper focuses on Flexible Job Shop scheduling problem for responding to changes of production orders in MSO production system, and the main research content is as follows:Firstly, general study of Flexible Job Shop Scheduling problem in MSO production system is carried out. Study the MSO production mode and its application status, analyze the problems existed in the production scheduling. Research on characteristics, scheduling goals and disturbance factors of production. The advantages and disadvantages of intelligent algorithm for FJSP, such as genetic algorithm and immune algorithm are analyzed. The overall research framework for the FJSP under MSO production mode for responding to orders changes is proposed based on the above study.Secondly, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the postponed rescheduling and the global rescheduling, gap insert scheduling policy is put forward. Rescheduling policy for each kind of order change is assigned. Multi-objective FJSP scheduling optimization mathematical model for the gap insert rescheduling and global rescheduling are established respectively.Then, a Multi-objective, Immune Genetic Algorithm(MOIGA) for solving Multi-objective FJSP scheduling optimization mathematical model is proposed. Rules for the generation of initial population and operation operators are designed to improve the convergence and search efficiency of algorithm, and improve the diversity of solution.Finally, the proposed FJSP scheduling scheme for responding to changes of production orders in MSO production mode is tested in Company C. Effectiveness and practicality of the scheme are proved.
