| A circular tubed-reinforced-concrete column is a component which is a reinforced concrete(RC) column confined with a circular steel tube which is not bear vertical load directly.At present,Experimental study on the circular tubed-reinforced-concrete column at home and abroad mainly focused on the axial compression and small eccentric compression member,and in the previous studies did not use the high strength concrete of C80 above and the magnitude of HRB500 high strength steel. In this paper, the circular tubed-reinforced-concrete column using concrete of C80 and HRB500 is tested with eccentric compression and analyzed by finite element software.Study of parameters are eccentric distance(large eccentric and small eccentric)、length-diameter ratio and tubed diameter- thickness ratio.Twelve circular tubed-reinforced-concrete stub columns under eccentric load were tested. The main variable parameters of specimens were the eccentricity of the loading(25mm、50mm、75mm、87.5mm、100mm),width to thickness ratio of steel tube(D/t=100、133、160).The load–displacement curves of the columns, the load–stress curves of the steel tubes,the failure modes were got by experiment.The failure modes,deformation performance,load-the stress curves of steel tube, the eccentricity of the loading,width to thickness ratio of steel tube were summarized and analyzed.Three circular tubed-reinforced-concrete slender columns under eccentric load were tested. The main variable parameters of specimens were the eccentricity of the loading(50mm 、 62.5mm 、 87.5mm),width to thickness ratio of steel tube(D/t=133).The load–displacement curves of the columns, the load–stress curves of the steel tubes,the failure modes were got by experiment.The failure modes,deformation performance,load-the stress curves of steel tube, the eccentricity of the loading,the slenderness ratios of the columns were summarized and analyzed.The finite element method(FEM) model for the circular tubed-reinforced-concrete column stub column was established by ABAQUS. The finite element calculation result has good agreement with the test results.On the basis of the analysis of parameters, the steel pipe diameter thickness ratio, concrete strength, steel yield strength of cross section curve related to axial force, bending moment. Influence of the eccentricity of the loading, width to thickness ratio of steel tube, concrete strength, steel yield strength on the bending moment increase coefficient(δ) of eccentric behavior of slender column was analyzed.This paper innovation points: the circular tubed-reinforced-concrete column using concrete of C80 and HRB500 is tested with eccentric compression. the circular tubed-reinforced-concrete column is tested with large eccentric compression. |
