Capillary net radiation cooling system is one kind of air conditioning terminal which is comfortable, environmental, energy-saving, and possible to using natural cold source. Now a day, the study of capillary net radiation system mainly includes thermal characteristics, heat transfer process, heating comfort, the technology combining with heat pump. Surface water free cooling technology uses natural cool energy directly, and have considerable energy efficiency potential. However, there are a few applications and researchs about this system, because of many limitations. The paper cimbines surface water free cooling with capillary net radiation cooling system, and analyzes the feasibility of lake water free cooling with low-temperature radiation system according to the climate and energy characteristic, usage of tourism construction of a country in Chongqing mountain area, by theoretical analysis, engineering test, numerical modeling. What more, it expounds the system superiority according to energy saving, environmental protection property and environmental protection property.Firstly, it expounds the research technique of lake water free cooling with lowtemperature radiation system, establishs the heat transfer calculation model of lake water free cooling system and capillary net radiation cooling system, analyzes operation scheme, and assesses feasibility and superiority of the system.Secondly, the paper introduces the test design, analyzes test result, expounds general situation and method and laboratory apparatus of experimental system and data error analysis method.Finally, the paper sets up the energy consumption calculation model of lake water free cooling system and air source heat pump units, assesses the advantage of lake water free cooling with low-temperature radiation system by comparing the energy-saving, environmental protection and economy with air source heat pump+ capillary net radiation system and air source heat pump+ fan coil system.
