The economic development of our country has been restricted badly by the problem caused by low utilization of energy and large-scale use of fossil fuel. The coordinated development of economy with energy and environment has become an urgent problem to be solved in society. With the increase of regional economic development zone,the need for overall regional energy system planning has become more prominent. Meanwhile, China has formed industrial development system dominated by industrial park. Along with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization process,it promotes local economic growth,, but also brought the energy and environmental pollution problems. The eco-industrial park is the main way to achieve energy saving industrial system. In the ecological construction of industrial park, the energy demand and supply affects the entire eco-industrial park planning,operation and transformation. Referring to reducing energy consumption,, since the internal industrial park has a variety of different energy needs,, a variety of devices,, systems and technology can be synthesized and integrated by the regional energy supply system which can achieve cascade utilization of energy and rational use of energy. In this paper, relying on science and technology in the Netherlands international science and technology cooperation project "intelligent energy-saving industrial park key platform technology and concerted drive" dfg62270(2015), study the problem of energy demand of industrial park.Present foreign and domestic researches concerning industrial park are analyzed and summarized in this paper. According to the size of energy systems’ affected level in industrial parks, the parks’ energy system is divided into enterprise level and campus level. Multiple complementary system model of enterprise level and campus level, containing renewable energy and clean energy is established with integrated regional energy systems of different energy production systems, energy transmission systems, energy utilization systems. Multi-cycle objective function is also established to meet the users’ demand for heating and power load and meet other needs for the economic and environmental emissions. The model minimized overall system cost to determine types and sizes of energy conversion devices, the amount of energy supply and carbon-dioxide emission. In order to achieve comprehensive energy optimization, the utilization of primary energy is improved with energy utilization of different quality energy depending on the temperature counterparts principle.Due to the mathematical model is a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP) problem, solving process of these problems are prone to appear combinatorial explosion problem,that are not easily to be solved for existing method. For the objective function, choose lined up competition algorithm and simplex algorithm as analysis and calculation methods. The integer variables was optimized by line-up competition algorithm, the continuous variables was optimized by the simplex algorithm, the optimal solution can achieved by alternating iterations with two algorithms. And an example is used to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.According to the energy demand of different type and different quality of enterprise and campus, the type and grade of energy demand of every level has carried on the induction analysis. Follow the principle of energy cascade utilization and temperature counterpart, energy network configuration models of different scales have been established. This paper introduces the industrial park and industrial enterprises energy network model establishment method and the calculation method of minimum demand, in order to minimize the demand from the users’ side. Through the process analysis of energy use of an iron and steel enterprise, and energy system optimization of this enterprise, the feasibility of the energy supply system optimization model has been verified.
