For solving problems that easily produce spark, carbon accumulation, erosion, Poor contact etc. appearing on electric-air touching parts, WPT is becoming a rising star. WPT system belongs to loose coupling system because of air leakage existing between transmitter coil and pickup coil, so that it has relatively low efficiency. under this condition, one of the key technical puzzles urging to be dealt with is how to enhance transferring efficiency. Despite experts and scientists mainly conduct researches on frequency, systematic measure, magnetic core structure, coil shapes etc., the problem that whether the system works at the optimal operation efficiency point, is lacking of concentration.In order to work at optimal efficiency operation point, this paper presents an optimal efficiency operation point tracking method based on the Human-Simulated Intelligent Control for WPT system. Therefore, the method of tracing the optimal operation efficiency point based on human-simulated intelligent control WPT system is presented in my essay. By the means of variable-step finding the best automatically within unchangeable output voltage, the minimal input power in the system can be found so as to achieve tracing maximal efficiency of it.The main researching aspects mentioned in the essay as followed:(1) Quantified analysis on power loss on each key part in WPT system and analysis the influence of different parameters on the overall efficiency of the system.(2) Model analysis of basic topology in SS model WPT system leads to getting the relationship between load and system transfer efficiency. At the same time, the relationship among switch tube phase shift angle in primary coil high frequency inverter circuit,duty ratio of switch tube in pickup side buck-boost circuit and efficiency is found, which is depended on analyzing the principle of primary side input control and pickup side output control. Theories above justify availability of tracing optimal efficiency point in the process of automatic finding the best and provide key factors for accomplishing the method.(3) The strategy of primary side phase shift control based on Human-Simulated Intelligent Control is presented in this paper, it also said design a controller based on human-simulated intelligent control algorithm, and reached the effect of variable-step finding the minimal input power in the system can be found and made the system stable work at optimal efficiency energy point.(4) According Matlab/Simulink simulation platform to build a simulation model, the simulation results make an improvement of efficiency at 11 percent which show the effectiveness of the control strategy.(5) An experimental device of SS model WPT system is built by using the experiment platform. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of achieve tracing optimal efficiency point by control.
