As a high-tech product, aero-engine is the most important part of the plane, so how to improve its R & D efficiency and to reduce the troubleshooting time comes to be the top priority. According to the mathematical model of aero-engine created by analytical method,the various parameters will be calculated and analysed,the state of the engine to work will be simulated properly. A remote collaborative visualization modeling systems was established,researching the collaborative visualization modeling techniques,realizing the visual of modeling parameters, cooperative Behavior and fault detection.[1] Researching on the theory of Synergetics, integrating of Computer Supported Cooperative Work(CSCW), designing collaborative scheme, meet the demand of the multiple users and roles in different places at the same time to collaborative work.[2] According to the Characteristic curves of each component of the engine and the mathematical analysis of the various parameters, using the analytic method to establish the mathematical model. According the pneumatic schematic and the laws of thermodynamics during the engine's operation, a simple set of linear equations of the various components of the engine was established.[3] The collaborative work platform system introduce the DataSocket interprocess communication and simplify the design process of communication between processes. In the system,the real-time monitoring features was added,while monitoring multi-user collaborative modeling,it can get real-time diagnosis of the founded abnormal data values, and analyze the cause of the malfunction preliminarily and making early warning.[4] Introducing the design based on the UML collaboration diagram, researching the conversion from UML collaboration diagram to Petri nets, and the transformation algorithm of several common collaboration diagrams to the Petri nets was realized.[5] Computer simulations of the above model and algorithms are conducted with the programs. The function of aircraft collaborative diagnosis system has been consummated.
