As an important part of civil aircraft repair process, maintenance test can assist the ground crew to make a judgment whether the aircraft condition is good or the existing failure has been ruled out. Therefore the test process training of maintenance personnel is an essential component of the whole procedure of civil repair training. However, it also has many problems in nowadays test training, for instance, the aging aircraft, the whole completion difficulty, the lack of mechanism understanding. Based on this, the simulation method of maintenance test process is proposed in this essay, the main work is as follows:Firstly, the maintenance test related theses and the official manual such as AMM(Airbus Maintenance Manual), TSM(Trouble Shooting Manual), ASM(Aircraft Schematic Manual) are deeply researched, the basic theory of civil aircraft maintenance as well as the test process are fully comprehended,the structure of maintenance test is extracted.Secondly, according to the characteristics of test structure, several suitable models: logical model, information flow model, multi-signal flow graph model are compared. Ultimately, the multi-signal flow graph model is determined to be the relatively effective one and applied to set up the test process model.Then, the multi-signal model is innovated and used to the system test process. By constructing dependency matrix and test level diagram, the test process matrix is derived to simulate the internal process of maintenance test. Lastly, the steps and results of the test are presented by the MCDU(Multi- functional Control and Display Unit) simulation interface.By applying the proposed approach in the test process of Forward Cargo Compartment Smoke Detection System, the efficiency of this method is verified, and the result shows that this method is reasonable and effective to the simulation of maintenance test process.This paper provides a theoretical support for the test process training of the ground crew, and makes an active promotion for domestic aviation maintenance technology.
