Civil aviation is the important part of modern traffic transportation, and the safe flight is the prerequisite for the development of civil aviation. There are some atmospheric parameters and flight parameters, such as pitot-static pressure, airspeed and pressure altitude, which are important information to ensure the safe flight of the airplane. Pitot-static pressure is the basis of these parameters. Therefore, the accuracy of measured values of pitot-static pressure is crucial. In this paper, for static source error of airborne air data system, it analysis the factors which cause the static source error, and proposes a correction scheme for static source error to improve the measurement accuracy of static pressure and further ensure flight safety.Based on the basic components and workings of airborne air data system, this paper analyzes static source error's effective factors and their influence rules, and for each factors it gives way to reduce or compensate for errors. Boeing 747 and Boeing 757 as objects, this paper uses CFD simulation software to simulate and analyze the static source error of airborne air data system. First it uses SolidWorks software to construct the aircraft?s 3D geometric model, then imports the model into GAMBIT software, and uses the software to divide the computational mesh, last uses FLUENT software to simulate the external flow field, gets the optimal installation sites of static ports, and verifies the reliability of the simulation method.Then it gets static source errors at different Mach numbers, angles of attack and angles of sideslip by simulation to verify the influence of three main factors on static source error. In the end it uses response surface method to get the regression model of static source error which integrated the three main influencing factors, and uses the model to correct the error.Comparing the simulation results with the real situation, it is proved that this method has good correction effect. It can get the true static pressure of the atmosphere quickly. And it is simple and convenient, development cycle short, simulation accuracy high, consuming low cost. The method has high research and practical application value.
