The communication routing protocols of VANET has been an important focus on research for a long time.The communication between VANET is composed by(V2V, Vehicle to Vehicle)(V2I, Vehicle to Infrastructure). VANET research is concentrated in the communication mode between V2 V for the incomplete roadside facilities. VTV can complete the communication between each other without the roadside facilities in, by composed ad hoc network. VANET has its own unique characteristics, and traditional routing protocols of MANET used in VANET can not get ideal performance. Therefore, the position information of the vehicle, road distribution, node density information of road gradually being used in the design and research of VANET routing protocols. At present, the type of information transfer in the VANET increases, how to solve different requirements to performance of routing protocols transmission come up by different become a new problem.In the paper,aim at the problem of different routing protocols transmission performance requirements needed by different information, analyzed the merit and demerit on present routing protocols and come up with an program which different informatin can choose corresponding routing protocols algorithsm self-adaption, then simulated it. In order to verify the feasibility of program, using FPGA to accomplish it. The works are as follow.(1)According the role of information in the VANET to divided them into security information and user information. Its analysis shows that security information has higher requirements to the performance of routing protocol transmission delay,and users pay more attention to the reliability of information transmission. On its foundation, the two types of information selected different routing protocols, composed a program which routing protocols algorithsm self-adaption choosing by information.(2)Analyzed the problem in the vehicle density estimation and transfer between junction of LOUVRE routing protocols. Come up with a new method to estimate the road density information and add direction constraint of motion on the data transfer between junctions. Designed an improved i LOUVRE algorithm which adopt simulation architecture of SUMO+NS2. The simulation result shows i LOUVRE could work with less nodes, improved the stability of transmission.(3)FPGA design is adopted to implement the related hardware-system, achieved the basic requirements of the algorithm, the nodes can select appropriate routing algorithms based on different information receiving. In order to complete the design, take the modular design model and divide the design into different modules in the process. Test result shows that the hardware-system can content the requirement of performance.
