Landing gear is an important mechanical structure during aircraft landing. In the landing process, with the landing gear putting away or putting down, the lock will complete the lock to achieve positioning, so that the aircraft can safely take off and landing. However, in the using process, the finger lock in the locking process will gradually be worn. It seriously affects the service life of the finger lock. In normal wear range, finger lock can maintain normal working condition. However, if more than the prescribed wear value, the unlocking axial force of finger lock will rise sharply, resulting in failure of retractable landing gear. Therefore, the normal operation of the lock is directly related to the aircraft landing safety.This paper based on a certain type of aircraft landing gear retraction experiment. The landing gear actuating cylinder lock locking and unlocking wear experiment was designed, mainly including the finger lock stop ring unlocking experiment and finger lock taking off and locking experiment. According to the existing conditions, the relevant experimental fixtures were designed. Then 13 fingers of different design parameters of the material, length, number of petals and angle lock made a research and analysis, to verify the finger lock in the period of work does not exceed the wear value and can be used safely.With the development of modern CAE technology, CAE simulation analysis significantly shorten the research and development time and reduce the cost of R & D, so more and more engineering design and experiment use the theory of finite element to provide efficient. In this paper, on the basis of experimental and based on Archard wear constitutive model, using the finite element software MSC.Marc, the wear of finger lock in the aircraft working period was simulated and analysised. Finally, the simulation results were compared with the experimental results to verify the reliability of the simulation results. It will not only save time and improve efficiency, but also save a lot of manpower and material resources, for the future rational lock mechanical structure design to provide relevant reference.
