The development trends of aero-engine are multivariable control and distributed control. The distributed control system has the characteristics of transmission delay and node failure, which may seriously affect the reliability of aero-engine control system. In this thesis, study of law reconstruction active fault-tolerant control is carried out according to the node failure mode of aero-engine multivariable control system under the distributed architecture.First of all, a linear state space model is built based on a turbofan engine component level model. And a research of multivariable aero-engine control is carried out based on the linear state space model.(1) Use the relative gain array method to design the controller structure, the optimal and sub optimal control scheme is obtained, which lays the foundation for multivariable control and the reconstruction of control law.(2) ALQR and H?loop shaping methods are used to design the multivariable controller for aero-engine to realize the fast and stable control.(3) Design control law reconstruction method. According to different failure modes, reselect the control quantity and restructure a new multivariable or single variable control system to ensure that the engine can operate normally. A smooth transition algorithm is also designed, making the reconstruction process smooth.Secondly, a revised design for NUAA self-designed TTP/C bus controller is carried out. Bus data receiving and sending circuit, monitoring circuit and physical layer circuit are mainly improved to solve the problem of distributed cluster congestion. Then based on the TTP/C bus controller, signal conditioning drive circuit and control software for intelligent node are designed according to the requirement of aero-engine control. A distributed redundant control system with six intelligent nodes is built, and the signal calibration test of the related channel is carried out.Finally, the HIL simulation test research for aero-engine control under the distributed architecture is carried out.(1) Verify the control effect of ALQR and H?multivariable controller under the distributed architecture.(2) By node fault simulation, multi-variables and single-variable control laws are used to reconstruct for the active fault-tolerance test, and the validity of the smooth transition algorithm is tested. The experimental results show that the multivariable control algorithm under the distributed architecture has good control effect, and the active fault tolerant control algorithm designed in this paper can ensure the stable and reliable operation of the engine.
