In order to solve the overheat problem of the windshield wiper system of airplane, its motor and controller are designed and studied in this paper. Traditional airplane windshield wipers device system usually uses permanent magnet brush DC motor, Brush DC motor has commutation complex, large power consumption, make heat and other shortcomings. In this paper permanent magnet brushless DC machine will be used to drive the aviation windshield wipers device.Firstly, the Ansoft is used to design the airplane windshield wipers motor and simulate analysis. Secondly, the MCU STM32F103RCT6 is used to design the motor control system of the airplane shield wiper device, wherein the hardware circuit comprises: Drive motor full-bridge rectifier circuit, the location of the sensor detection circuit, motor speed control circuit, the motor protection circuit, the main chip circuit and so on, The software platform is to design the control strategy and program of the whole Aviation wiper device motor control system. The control strategy adopts the single closed-loop control to realize the PID control of the windshield wiper device motor. Then, based on the software development platform, the model of the windshield wiper device motor, the PID parameter selection and so on are set up. The model is simulated by Matlab/Simulink, The preparation of the program are: DAM PWM wave output, A / D sampling and so on. Finally, the design control study of aviation windshield wiper device chaotic systems And the controller is designed and simulated. The motor control board, performance testing: Current, voltage, speed, torque, frequency and so on. Experimental results show that the control system can drive the airplane windshield wipers motor smooth start, More intelligent and simple control of the entire aviation windshield wiper device safe operation, It meet the design requirements.
