Centrifugal pump is widely applied in different kinds of industrial and agricultural departments, which is the power equipment essential for the national economy in every section. it's electricity accounts for the total consumption of the entire industrial equipment over 25%.And the energy saving domestic is lower than overseas, therefore it is important for us to improve the design level of pumps design and optimization in national economic development. With the rapid development of computer technology, CFD technology is entering the fluid design industry gradually, which has been gradually spread in the major companies. Using the CFD technology to design and optimize the centrifugal pump will become a mainstream technology sooner or later. In this paper, the FLUENT software in CFD will be used to simulation analysis the inner Flow Field in centrifugal pump. Comparison of the variate defined by the structural parameters, analysis and get the design and transformation plan.The paper depicts and discusses some turbulence models, governing equations and the design gist of every boundary condition. Taking IS 50-32-160 for example, the whole flow passage models including impeller and volute have been made, using SolidWorks software. And parameter series of diameter diameter of impeller, outlet width and exit blade angle. Make it easy to analyse and contrast. FLUENT, as a kind of CFD software, is used to simulate numerically the interior turbulent flow of the centrifugal pump under the same operation conditions and the different structure parameter.Through numerical simulation, much of information of static and dynamic mechanics, such as velocity and pressure distribution of the whole flow field, have been obtained. The interior flow fields of impeller and volute in same operation conditions and the whole flow fields in different structure parameter are analysed and the simulated conclusions are in accordance to theory. Some bad flow phenomenons such as significant pressure gradient,high negative pressure and backflow and swirl are found. It is from the side that the reliability of the calculation results and the feasibility of this method, through this way, the performance parameters of the pump are calculated, and the curve is drawn. In the curve we can intuitively understand the relationship between structural parameters and performance parameters. And compared it with the result of mathematical calculation. Which leads to the conclusion that, The simulation results are in line with the trend of mathematical calculation. The deviation is within a reasonable error range.In this paper, the flow field of centrifugal pump is analyzed by using the computer aided method. Because the numerical simulation isn't restricted by the experimental conditions, specific datum can be obtained. All these investigations provide important references for improving the design and optimize level of centrifugal pump.
